On the 3rd, our neighborhood went crazy lettin' 'em crack in the streets, and the Woo Loo didn't seem to be scared at all! She just sorta looked up in the dark sky at the bursts of color and the clapping of the explosion, and thought, "Interesting!" The following morning was the kiddie parade starting at Fisher's Landing Elementary School, and ending at the park for hotdogs, pop, chips and cake! All my neighbor's kids rode on decorated bikes ----streamers, balloons, etc. So cute. Then, we drove to Leslie and Jeremy's house in Portland, and Hayden and Wendy had a ball playing together. Such a great 4th!
